Mr. Zachary Harding is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SSL Growth Equity Limited, parent Company of SSL that provides growth equity and finance for entrepreneurs and companies in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Harding is also the CEO of Stocks and Securities Limited and SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited.     Over the years, Harding developed a solid reputation in senior management and strategic marketing roles enjoying stellar track records in positions including Chief Executive Officer, Head of Strategy and Director of Marketing.     He has often been dubbed a “rain-maker” and “marketing guru” based on several successful brand campaigns and turnaround situations. His professional alma maters include ATL, Red Stripe (Diageo) and Grace Kennedy Remittance Services Ltd. and has served as Special Adviser to the Minister of Tourism and Deputy Director at the Jamaica Tourist Board. Prior to joining SSL as a partner, Harding was founder and Chairman of Hyperion Equity, a private investment firm with holdings in biometric research, entertainment, fintech, security systems and traffic management.  Hyperion was launched in 2012 by Harding and has grown into a middle-market focused PE firm.     He currently appointed by the Minister of Finance to serve on the Board of Caribbean Airlines Ltd. and by the Prime Minister to serve on the board of JAMPRO. Harding Chairs the Projects and Marketing Subcommittee at Jampro. Harding is also a director of Stocks and Securities Ltd. and SSL Venture Capital Jamaica., a publicly traded entity on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.     Harding is a past board member of the Urban Development Corporation, Port Authority of Jamaica, National Education Trust, Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association, Independent Radio, National Gallery, Jamaica Sport and Sterling Asset Management Ltd.     Most recently, he was asked by Sir. Richard Branson to lead the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator as its interim Chief Executive Officer on a 6-month contract to develop the strategy and launch the Accelerator.     In 2012, Harding was named as one of the Top “50-under-Fifty Business Leaders Shaping Jamaica's Future” by the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica and The Gleaner Newspaper.
